please help

Hi all.
I am desperate for some help, which is why i decided to post an ad here. Im a single mum struggling to get back on my feet after being thrust into financial, emotional & physical hardship. I never thought id be in such a position by im trying extremely hard to start anew and give my beautiful son the life he deserves. I suffer from extreme sinusitus where my sinuses get badly infected causing migraines and breathing problems. I have no family support and see an operation for myself as merely a dream. I just really want to be pain free. This is really a long shot but i would be extremely grateful for anything at this point.
