Hi everyone! My name is Cassie. I’m 21 and currently in college. I am an actor and model, which means my face is my brand and my main source of income. I have always been bullied for my big nose and it made me very insecure growing up. People called me “Pinocchio” and told me I looked like a bird. My nose had a giant bump and was even crooked. It was also very difficult for me to breathe out of my nose and it was starting to affect my daily life. I had medical AND cosmetic concerns to address.
About a year ago, I found the best surgeon in the state to do my nose job! My parents aren’t wealthy but they saved up all they could so I would finally be happy with my appearance and have a properly functioning nose. The surgeon told me I had one of the worst deviated septums he has ever seen in his 30 year career. I have included a side-by-side picture from my surgeon of how my nose looked before surgery and what it was supposed to look like after. I was so excited to start a new chapter of my life where I could be proud of how I looked! And I was ready to be more confident in my career as a model and actress.
Unfortunately, the surgeon BOTCHED my nose job 
My nose is still crooked and there is still a big bump (I have included photos of what my nose currently looks like). In addition to the cosmetic issues, the medical problems were not fixed either. It is still extremely hard for me to breathe through my nose, making things like exercising and sleeping difficult for me.
Now I am stuck with a botched nose job and am once again insecure about my appearance. I feel like I cannot move forward with my career until I get this fixed. However, my parents spent all they had on the first nose job, assuming it would be perfect. I am in college and have a part time job but it’s still not enough money to get it fixed on my own – so I am reaching out here! I have met with another surgeon who also confirmed that my nose job was botched. The total cost she gave me for a septo-rhinoplasty is $4,935 USD which includes her fee, the anesthesia fee, operating room fee, etc.
Please help me fix my nose and get on my way to a successful career! I am happy to send pictures of the end result once I get my nose job. I am also willing to talk about arrangements, pics/videos, or other things I can do for you in exchange for donating to my fundraiser so feel free to ask!
