Hi!
So I never thought Id be on this website asking for help but here I am 
So I worked my butt off, working 16 hour days with 2 jobs to save for my rhinoplasty to remove a hump on my nose and just make it smaller. I did the surgery November 2015 with the money I had saved up and ended up with a fatter nose from the front and i still have the hump! I want the perfect little straight nose to match with the rest of my face. Its been over 2 years now and I want to get it done again, this time with a different Dr that knows what I want.I know that in the States it costs around $10 000 but I think I would either go back to South Africa to get it done or Mexico and that should cost about $5 000. I am saving up as of now but I need help, its going to take me very long go get that amount again.
