Any help with surgery

Hello I’m looking to get the tip of my nose done possibly v- line surgery 10,000 was the around the total they told me!! I’m 24 years old I’m a model and I’m gonna be doing Playboy soon I just want to be in the best possible shape I can be in:) I i’m pursuing my career and building a brand so it’s hard to pay for surgery on top of all those things!
