I have a hard time breathing out of my right nostril, it is almost completely blocked. I would like to fix that but also I don’t like how my nose looks in the fist place. It sticks out too far and is too large for my face. I’m a pretty girl but this issue holds me back from being confident in film and in photos (I make my own short films I post to Youtube occasionally but want to do it more full time). My grandpa and dad had a huge nose and they passed it onto me. I’m in college currently and I’m having a hard time saving money just for this surgery. I would also like a chin enhancement in the future as well :)Please help this lady out!!! I will seriously be forever grateful for your help! I am will to give back to those who help me 
My nose surgery is going to be about 6500
If I want to include my chin it will be another 3000-3500
