Help me to stop hating myself

I’m a 20 year old girl who has recently had lip fillers and plasters my face daily with makeup and false hair. I’m extremely self conscious and unhappy with the way I look. I’ve tried everything in the hope I will feel better about myself and become more confident, however starving myself and insisting spending all my money and time on makeup and hair extensions I still feel ugly, incomplete, anxious and depressed.
Please if there is anyone willing to help me become confident and to change my life drastically to ensure I feel happy and no longer daranged and never good enough, please do, however large or small the donation I will forever be grateful, you have no idea what it would do for me.
I have a huge number of flaws and am trying desperately to save for other cosmetic procedures, such as a boob job, Botox, fillers, brow lift…. The list is endless however I need help to get me kick started and to start achieving things!
I am a friendly, happy, hardworking young girl however I have no confidence and refuse to go out at the weekends because of the way I look, please I desperately need help.
