I have spoken with a sweetheart of a cosmetic surgeon who is willing to offer a discount on the procedure on his already very fair prices.
I am attending an online college half time and run a really small cleaning company part time. What discretionary funds I have goes towards bills (if you can believe it!) and towards a new business.
I am pursuing a bachelors in Environmental Science and graduation will be in a couple years so student loans will be right around the corner. 
So, no real luxuries at the moment.
