Help me to breathe! Car accident results…

Good day, good people. Thank you so much for reading this.
I have got into the car accident when I was 8 years old. I was crossing the street and the car did not stop… So I have got broken leg (The leg had healed improperly, so it is a little bit a deviated, but, I can walk, so it does not disturb me), a brain concussion ( Nothing serious) and broken nose! I have suffer with my nose whole my life. When I Was 10, I just could not sleep. I was snoring like crazy, I woke up every hour, and my family could not sleep because of the noise I made…So, my mom has collected some money and I have got rhinoplasty at 10 y.o. It helped me a lot, but my doctor said I was growing, so my nose would change again and I would need one more surgery. Now, I am 24, and I feel all that nightmare again… I snore, do not get enough sleep, nasal infections… Just want to cut my nose! Please, help me to breathe free… All I need just breathable nose!
