HELP BUILD MY CONFIDENCE :(

Hi.. Never done this before so bare with me.
I have always had a massive complex about my nose. I was bullied as a child and have since been paranoid about it. I refuse to have photos taken on most social events and get really upset when a photo is taken of me from a side angle. My friends all get very frustrated with me as its such a big deal to me but not them. Even when people are standing next to me, I assume they are staring at my nose. All I think about is my wedding day or graduation day.. How on earth can I have photos taken? I have wanted a nose job since I was 19-20, now 25 I still have not managed to save the funds needed. I had to relocate to london for work and anyone living here will know how hard it is to save. As you can see from the photos (taken from my instagram) I rarely take photos of my full face, I always crop my nose out or cover it. I found an app which let me adjust my nose in a photo and the last photo is the result which I would be so happy with. Please help me build my confidence.The surgery I have interest is in MYA at harley street in london, my nose reshaping could cost anything from £3,500-£5,000. I will happily share my journey and be eternally grateful to all those helping me.
